These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Camco Furniture website and any associated mobile apps (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site to purchase products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY.

Order Notification and Charges

An order confirmation does not signify Camco Furniture’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a binding offer. We may accept, decline, or limit your order at any time. You will be notified once your order is confirmed and shipped. Payment is authorized at checkout, but your card is charged upon shipment or after delivery.

Pricing

Online pricing and promotions may differ from in-store offers. Sales tax will be applied based on the delivery destination and is estimated during checkout.

Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options:

Standard Shipping:
Small, lightweight items are shipped via courier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) and may require assembly. Shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly:
Items are delivered to your room of choice, assembled if needed, and packaging materials are removed. You will be contacted to schedule delivery within two days of placing your order. Additional fees may apply based on delivery conditions, such as stairs or other special circumstances.

Doorstep Delivery:
Items are delivered to your doorstep in their original packaging. This service does not include assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials. You are responsible for moving the items inside, assembling them, and discarding the packaging.

Merchandise Pickup

Available at select locations. You are responsible for securing items during transport. We will notify you when your items are ready for pickup.

Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order:

• Standard Shipping: Call Customer Care at (602) 867-6075.
• No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly or Doorstep Delivery: Call at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in delivery charges.

Return Policy

• Standard Shipping Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact Customer Care at (602) 867-6075 for assistance.
• No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly or Doorstep Delivery: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report damage or defects. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.

Warranty Disclaimer

Camco Furniture is a retailer, not a manufacturer, and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the products sold through the Site, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Arbitration and Class Waiver

By using the Site, you agree to individual arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class or representative action.
